Union Ministers Hardeep Singh Puri, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Kiren Rijiju and Gen (Retd) VK Singh will be sent to neighbouring countries of Ukraine as Special Envoys of India. They will personally oversee the evacuation of Indians at the border areas. The decision was taken during a high-level meeting chaired by PM Narendra Modi today to discuss the Ukraine crisis.
