2283-Chain snatching suspect tracked by drones in Chennai; shot dead

The Chennai police shot dead a suspected chain snatcher after he along with his accomplice attempted to snatch a gold chain from a 55-year-old woman waiting at a toll plaza. As per the police, the operation involved at least 300 police personnel and drones. The police also said the suspects tried to shoot at them, forcing them to retaliate.
